Higgins well from when they served together. He suspected her before they had met and the only reason he didn’t kill her outright is because he wanted to turn her.
Cavendish was disavowed by MI6 after is why stole the data and he and his henchmen were going to get away with it too. Than Thomas Magnum arrived. He and Higgins who escaped guys and they recovered the stolen data. Higgins had to answer some remaining questions
