Mondays Are for Murder is the thirteenth episode of the second season for the 2018 remake of Magnum P.I., and the thirty-third episode overall, which was aired on January 10, 2020.
Summary[]
Magnum and TC go undercover as efficiency experts when a corporate manager is murdered and everyone in the office is a suspect. Also, Rick is curious why Higgins faked an injury to prevent her from investigating the case with Thomas.
While Magnum and TC are working undercover as efficiency experts at a sunblock company's headquarters, they get hired to look into an "accidental" death in a stairwell. As they get lost on a trail of red herrings, they require an insider...someone whom Magnum encountered on a previous case. Meanwhile, Rick tries to figure out why Higgins faked an injury to get herself removed from the case
Notes[]
- The first time Todd meets with Magnum and TC in the cage, Todd makes a point of closing the cage door but the first time the door is visible over Todd's shoulder, the door is clearly open. The door is closed in the subsequent glimpses.
- When Magnum is playing chicken in the car park with the car containing TC and Jim, just before TC swerves, the sound effect is of the Ferrari accelerating towards them. However, the indicators are flashing, a safety feature triggered by emergency braking, showing that the stunt driver was understandably trying to safely avoid hitting anything with the Ferrari.
