The Night Has Eyes is the seventeenth episode of the second season for the 2018 remake of Magnum P.I., and the thirty-seventh episode overall, which was aired on April 24, 2020.
Summary[]
Magnum and Higgins are hired to recover a stolen urn containing the ashes of a woman's late husband. When the thief is found murdered soon after, the trail leads to a decades-old case of blackmail. Meanwhile, Higgins tells Magnum she overstayed her visa and likely has to return to the UK for an extended time, prompting Magnum to suggest they get married. Also, Rick and TC encounter a car salesman/bar patron (played by Andre Reed, who also appears as himself) who pretends to be NFL player Andre Reed.

- What the car salesman did is not a crime. He received no monetary benefit from pretending to be a famous football player. Reid might possibly have a civil action if anything that was done defamed him, but appearing a children's hospital would be viewed as a positive and not a negative.
