Thomas H. Chang is a Korean-Canadian actor and stuntman.
He played Officer Jack Tseng in the 2018 series Magnum P.I.

He is a world-renowned 7th degree Taekwondo and 8th Degree Hapkido instructor and Grandmaster. With over forty-four years of training and experience in Taekwondo and Hapkido, he is a very well known personality in the Martial Arts world.
He has played the same character, Officer Tseng, in two episodes of Hawaii Five-0.
